Itinerary

The great Masai Mara game reserve, as well as Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, and Tsavo West national parks, are all included in this Kenya tour kit. The attractions are Kenya’s Class A national parks and game reserves, which have excellent opportunities to see the Big Five, as well as spectacular landscapes, abundant birdlife, and intimate encounters with local people and culture.

Itinerary in detail

DAY 1: Nairobi-Masai Mara Transfer
Leave Nairobi in the morning and drive to the Great Rift Valley view point, descend the escarpment and rest at Narok for lunch, then arrive in Masai Mara in the afternoon, preceded by an early evening game drive in the Maasai Mara, which is famed for its black-maned lions and yearly wildebeest migration, dinner, and overnight at the campsite.

DAY 2: Masai Mara wildlife discovery – entire day

After breakfast, spend the rest of the day game viewing through the lush, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is known for its large herds of plain game and a wide variety of wildlife found in Kenya. In the park, have a picnic lunch. At the camp, you’ll have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Early Game Drive in the Masai Mara and (Optional Hot Air Balloon)

Get a Hot Air Balloon ride on this day if you want to. If not, get up and eat breakfast. Set out for a game drive in the reserve early in the morning. This is normally the busiest time for game viewing. Early in the morning, as temperatures are cooler, Lions, Cheetahs, and Leopards wander the vast grasslands in search of their next meal, which may be an innocent impala or even a small warthog. The spectacle of nature happening is still awe inspiring, regardless of the participants. We’ll then return to the camp for a sumptuous meal. Then it’s time for a full-day game drive. Your morning game drive will take place as you exit the national park, with lunch provided en route.

Move to Lake Nakuru on Day 4

Depart for a morning game drive in the reserve en route to the gate after an early breakfast. Drive in the direction of the west. As you climb the rift Valley’s eastern wall, lush coffee and tea plantations appear, and your driver-guides will give you a brief overview of Kenyan coffee farming. Depending on the amount of time available, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru with a stop for lunch along the way or at your planned lodge. In the afternoon, you check into your lodging and rest before preparing for the next day’s adventure. In Nakuru, have dinner and stay the night.

Day 5: Early Game Drive in Nakuru

After breakfast, depart from the Nakuru campsite for a game drive in the park in search of the big five animals: lion, rhino, leopard, and cheetah, as well as other wildlife. Millions of flamingos and migrating birds from all over the world flock to Lake Nakuru, which has up to 425 separate bird species. You’ll return to the hotel before dark for dinner and an overnight stay. – Dinner will be served at the restaurant.

Move from Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park on day six.

After breakfast, go for a morning game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you’ll see several flamingos and other birds. You will also have the opportunity to see black and white rhinos. After that, depart for Amboseli via Nairobi with a picnic lunch, arriving in the evening in Amboseli. You can go on a game drive if time allows. At the camp, you’ll have dinner and spend the night.

DAY 7: Amboseli National Park wildlife tour

Pre-morning game drive to see views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephants, tigers, and zebras, followed by another game drive before lunch. After lunch, another game drive will take place until the evening. At the camp, you’ll have dinner and spend the night.

DAY 8: After an early morning game trip, transfer to Nairobi.

After an early morning game trip, return to Nairobi after breakfast.
